I'm Starting FOCUS T25!

Hi everyone! I'm starting the T25 workout series on Monday. After my first competition, I took a short break and began prep for my next show. 4 weeks in, I had to take a break! Competition prep takes a lot of commitment, not just physically, that part wasn't so bad for me, but also mentally! That's the part that got me. I give major kudos to all the Moms out there who can balance family with competing without taking too much time away from their kids (and spouse!) Besides other things going on, my daughter needed a little extra attention accademically. During this time, I have fluffed up and put on some extra pounds, which I desperately wanted and needed, but this is not the right way! I am FLUFFY! So now, instead of waiting for the new year, we get to business.
